Coaching is not advice, therapy, counseling, or consulting. A coach is not offering answers or talking from a position of authority. In coaching, the client is the expert in their own profession and life, and the coach is an expert in coaching. The coach will use session time to listen intuitively, ask empowering questions, and allow space and time for the client to thoughtfully answer those questions. The results? Intuitive and inspirational change from the inside out.
